Our Proven Process
Property Analysis
We work with select landowners to meet electronically or on their property to hear their story & their goals. We then compile over 90 data points regarding your land's physical characteristics.
LiDAR Topo
If warranted we will perform a scan of the property using our LiDAR drone technology to scan beneath the trees and vegetation and produce a true topography map to further hone down the data we can provide.
Property Report
After compiling all the data, and knowing the goals of the landowner, we produce a detailed property report and feasibility study to help you better understand exactly what your asset is and is not, so you can have a clear understanding of it's highest and best use.
Your Next Steps
If feasible, and upon request, we will connect you with the best candidates out of our over 50 investment, development, and home-building partners to explore the possibility of your property being acquired as their next residential, commercial, or multifamily land development project.
