Project Closeout
Once horizontal development is complete, your investment cannot yield any return until the site is entitled through the end of the process in final plat approval, final municipal approvals, final utility approvals, and permit closeouts and releases. We help you ensure the timeline stays on track with a proactive approach to get your plat recorded and your parcels ready to go vertical with no unnecessary delays. Following vertical, we coordinate with your local regulatory entities to secure releases on the bonding related to your site.
